Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of eDiscovery solutions tailored to the global advisory sector. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and support teams to analyze data, define product requirements, and drive roadmap execution in line with strategic goals. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical thinking and cross-functional communication skills to help shape impactful product decisions.

Responsibilities & Duties

Product Support and Analysis:

• Collect and interpret product performance data, including user behavior, feature usage, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop reports and materials that track key product KPIs, providing regular updates to the team.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to uncover areas for improvement in the product.

Requirements Gathering and Data Analysis:

• Work with product managers, engineers, and related stakeholders, to gather and prepare detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the development team for the target market sector identified above.
• Collaborate with product managers to maintain and update product roadmaps, as directed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure smooth flow of development information and updates.

User Feedback Summarization:

• Define and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that new features and enhancements meet the defined requirements and user needs.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and document issues or bugs before product releases.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and track bug fixes, and new features.
• Under supervision, analyze and synthesize findings from surveys, interviews, or testing to inform product design and development.

Mandatory Requirement

The position does not allow collaboration under Business-to-Business (B2B) contract arrangements. Candidates must be willing to enter into a standard employment relationship, fully aligned with current labor laws and regulations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or a related role, preferably within the eDiscovery, legal, or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools such as MS Office, SQL, or PowerBI tools.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle is expected, and understanding of the eDiscovery processes is a big plus.
• Proficiency in analysis tools (e.g. Pendo, PowerBI) and at least some development tracking tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker, ProductBoard) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to gather and document detailed product requirements and translate them into actionable stories and implementation plans.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneous
